Liang Lin CEO

Liang Lin is the founder and CEO of Sol-Millennium Medical Group, dedicated to transforming the medical device sector. He launched the Sol-Millennium Medical project in Shanghai, driven by a commitment to a healthier future. His focus on innovation and patient safety has led to the development of advanced medical devices. Under his leadership, the company expanded into North America and Brazil through acquisitions of Inviro Medical Inc. and Medica Brazil, and established an EMEA office in Poland to address healthcare needs in Europe and the Middle East. Liang’s expertise and dedication have positioned Sol-Millennium as a leader in the industry.

Nicky Canton Executive Vice President & COO

Nicky Canton, COO, has a background in industrial design engineering as well as business administration with more than 13 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, and regulatory compliance of healthcare products, and more particularly, needle-free injection systems. Nicky has been involved from the early development of the current InsuJet™ needle-free injector and has been responsible for both development and production scale up. Besides R&D his expertise includes risk management, regulatory compliance, supplier management including manufacturing processes, injection molding, assembly of medical devices, sterile packaging, and sterilization. He has established two manufacturing sites for needle-free injectors and manages the day-to day operations. Mr. Canton has filed and obtained several patents related to technology of needle-free injection systems in China, Europe, and the United States.

Veronique Laberge CFO

Veronique Laberge, CFO, is a chartered professional accountant and holder of the title of auditor. With more than 17 years of experience in professional practice, she is specialized in certification mandates, general accounting and as a consultant for public and private companies.

Karen Dunlap CCO

Karen Dunlap was President/COO, The Americas, UK, Europe and Board Director at Sol-Millennium Medical Group, from September 2011 – December 2019, responsible for acquisition of devices in order to launch into the US and overseeing markets to develop a strategic platform and establish a global sales/marketing team. She was a Sr. Vice President Business Development from March 2005 - September 2011 for Inviro Medical, and represented the company in many different roles and regions including Target Accounts US, Canada and Latin America. Prior to working with Inviro Medical, Ms. Dunlap was an independent consultant working with start-up emerging companies on product development and launch. Ms. Dunlap was Vice President Sales for NMT, partnering with Pharmaceutical Companies on specific medication delivery, and Regional Manager for Medfusion and Medex, focused in the Neonatal and Pediatric markets, where she has extensive experience in accurate medication delivery systems.

Louise Cresswell Commercial Lead – United Kingdom

Louise has extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Her career started in the NHS where she qualified as a Registered Nurse with an Ophthalmic Nursing Diploma working in accident and emergency departments. After qualifying as a midwife, she moved to Practice Nursing in the community, specialising in women’s health and family planning. Louise re-qualified as a Registered nurse in 2021. Louise’s commercial career began with Ethicon, J&J, as a sales representative progressing to regional manager and business development manager focusing on the clinical and commercial needs of the business to grow sales in wound closure products in both NHS and private hospital groups. A move to the role of sales director for BD Medical (UK) specialising in injection and infusion technologies progressed her commercial and management skills and leadership experience of both clinical, sales and marketing teams while managing national commercial tender agreements, local hospital pricing and supply agreements, achieving supply chain efficiencies for the supply of products into NHS Supply Chain warehouses through her leadership of a UK and European multi-disciplinary supply chain optimisation project. Louise also completed an MBA. Louise established her own consultancy company, Visea Ltd in 2006 and completed an MSc in Organisational Development and Management Learning. In the consultant role Louise has worked with medical technology start-up companies through to market-leading global companies from the US, Australia, Asia, UK and Europe providing project support and working in retained roles as UK Partner, Associate Director and Global Business Development Manager in the areas of market access, sales, business development and training. Projects have included product development, establishing UK business’, pricing and tendering, distributor management, recruitment, selection and management of sales and marketing teams, developing /delivering training and education to clinical and non-clinical stakeholders in a range of therapy and disease areas.
